encycoffeedia began in 2016 as a small, independent coffee space in Semarang — built on a simple belief that good coffee starts with good beans, honest process, and a room where people actually want to sit.

A decade later, we're still here, still local, still one shop. We roast and pour with a focus on Indonesian single origins, treating every cup as a small, deliberate craft rather than a routine.
